Schedule a Lesson

  • When scheduling your first lesson, Look for a time that generally works with your schedule. If you decide to continue with weekly lessons we’ll go ahead and lock in your desired time.
  • Look for a confirmation and reminder email in the days leading up to your first lesson. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment. We’re happy to work with you to find an alternative time, however, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy: There’s no charge for lessons canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. We do charge, however, for last minute cancellations and no-shows.
  • After your first lesson, you’ll have a chance to chat with our friendly (and informative!) studio manager. He or she will any questions about our school, teaching practices, policies and any other important information to help you decide if Eastside Music School is a good fit for you. If you choose to enroll in weekly lessons, our studio manager will confirm your weekly lesson time and length, and walk you through our tuition policies.
  • By default, weekly lessons are scheduled through the end of the semester. However, we don’t have contracts and students are welcome to discontinue lessons at any time. We ask for two weeks notice in writing if you’d like to stop taking lessons.
  • Weekly students are invoiced at the beginning of each month for upcoming lessons. We ask that you pay your invoice online or in person before your first lesson of the month.
